Program Description
The A12AA provides bus tickets for Cal Connect for transportation for individuals age 60+ to medical appointments, pharmacy, dialysis, physical therapy. Transportation is limited to individuals who have physical or cognitive difficulties.
Voluntary contributions are accepted; however, no eligible individual will be turned away for inability to contribute.
Elegibility
The service population for Transportation Services are individuals age 60+ persons who reside within Calaveras County.
